Thanksgiving Day Service Reminder: The annual Turkey Trot run is held in Zeeland and some streets will be blocked along the route. Plan in advance; plan your route and be patient.
The Thanksgiving Day offering envelopes have been placed in your mailboxes. There are additional envelopes at the ‘Sign-Up Station’. These envelopes can be placed in the offering plate on Sunday, November 24; or Thanksgiving Day. There are several groups/agencies to choose from. All loose and undesignated money received will go to the Outreach Fund (local outreach). The deacons discourage you from writing in additional causes. If a group/agency is written in, that amount will be given to the Outreach Fund (local outreach). Any envelopes received after Thanksgiving Day will go to the Outreach Fund (local outreach).
The 2020 Proposed Budget is in your mailboxes.
Advance Notice: A Congregational Meeting will be held on Monday, December 9, at 7:00 PM. Absentee ballots are available from Stephan Hilbelink, Council Clerk.
November is North Street’s month to supply a hot meal and snacks for ‘The Bridge’ Youth Ministry. ‘The Bridge’ serves 60 - 75 kids every Tuesday. They could also use donations of disposable plates, bowls, cups, and spoons at any time.
North Street Seniors will be having our Christmas Lunch on Thursday, December 5, at 11:45 AM at Rainbow Grill (32nd Street, Hudsonville). You will be ordering from their menu; an Ice Cream Sundae will be our dessert. Please put your name on the sign-up sheet in the Narthex if you plan to attend. Love to have you join us!
