Members with COVID-19: There are many folks in our church family and community who have fallen ill with COVID-19. We pray for their recovery and restoration of health and for the caregivers and loved ones who are caring for them in this time.
John Apotheker: Please be in prayer for John as he was hospitalized with COVID-19. We are thankful that he is stable and receiving treatments and pray that he may make a full recovery.
Terry Boerman: We are thankful that recent scans have shown that Terry’s cancer is stable and has not grown. We are thankful for the effectiveness of his treatments and pray he will continue to receive encouraging results.
Klompien Family: Please keep Pastor John & Janeen Klompien and their family in your prayers as Janeen’s father, John Ybema, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 17. We pray for safe travels to west Michigan and for comfort as they grieve.
Josh & Chelsea Vanden Bosch Family: Please keep Josh & Chelsea in your prayers as they experienced the unexpected death of Chelsea’s mother, Corrine Battjes, on Thursday, December 17. We are thankful that Chelsea and her siblings were able to be with their mom at her bedside. We pray for the Lord’s peace to comfort them in this time.
Marlin Vis: Please keep Marlin in your prayers as he has been diagnosed with COVID-19 at his care facility, Grace of Douglas. We pray that he would be able to make a full recovery.
Dee Worley and Family: Please be in prayer for Cassidy (a young girl often cared for by Dee Worley). Cassidy’s little sister, Clarity, was found unresponsive and has been on life support since November 21. We are thankful that the placement of her trach went well and pray for her recovery.

LOCAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Family Life Center is looking for some people interested in helping us paint. We are going to try to do a painting party between Christmas and New Year’s, but we could use painting anytime. We have 6 bedrooms, a laundry room, 3 bathrooms, hallways, etc. that could use a fresh coat of paint! If you are interested and willing to help out, please contact Scott Visser (616.772.9607).
