FOCUS ON MISSIONS
The Bridge Ministries of Zeeland provides a safe environment for the youth in the Zeeland area to spend leisure time. Volunteers and staff are there to provide counseling and mentoring. For more information, check out the website www.bymczeeland.org.
Gert VanSomeren: We give thanks to the Lord that after a stay at Heritage Rehabilitation Center, Gert has returned home to Royal Park.
COVID-19: Please be in prayer for those directly affected by COVID-19, either by personal and family illness, as well as those who are experiencing new challenges because of the precautions put in place. There are many in our church family who have loved ones sick at home or hospitalized because of it. We pray for the Lord’s mercy and wisdom in these times.
Council Member of Focus:
Elder Vern Boersen
Judy Redder would like to “Thank everyone for your prayers, cards, and meals following my recent knee surgery.”
AT HOME MEMBERS

From The Executive Committee: We have seen a rise in COVID-19 Virus activity in our Community lately. This has had a direct impact on some of our members. We are happy to report that no known exposures have happened in our church building. The Executive committee has decided to adjust our church activities to minimize potential exposures:
1. All church educational activities will be suspended until January 2021. This includes Men’s Bible Study, Dorcas, Sunday School, Cadets, GEMS, and Youth Group.
The congregation is asked to remember the Executive Committee and the Council in prayer as they seek to guide the congregation through this season.
From The Deacons: North Street has again been given a generous donation of over-the-counter medicine – including children’s items, dental items, pain relievers, and more. Items will be available at the kitchen serving window following the worship services. Adults may come and help yourself to a few items. If you have any questions, please contact a Deacon.
A Congregational Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 14, at 7:00 PM. The meeting is for approval of the proposed budget for 2021. Absentee ballots will be available from Allyn Arendsen, Council Clerk, or the Church Office, beginning, November 22.
The 2021 Proposed Budget has been placed in your mailbox in the Narthex.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Church Nursery will no longer be staffed because of the rising COVID-19 numbers. It will be open for parents to use as a cry room if needed. Please sanitize any toys that have been used if you use the room.
Women’s Bible Study in December: Ladies: you are invited to tackle the book of Luke during the month of December with others from North Street. We will read one chapter from Luke each day, starting December 1, bringing us through the entire story of Jesus’ life before Christmas. If you would like to be connected to other participants via email, please contact Nakisha (nakishadejong@gmailc.om) to be added to the list. We look forward to Diving Deep into God’s Word together while we are apart!
